1. Introduction & Platform Overview

Welcome to GrowLokal Technologies (“GrowLokal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). GrowLokal provides an autonomous AI-powered local marketing, Google Maps 3-Pack optimization, and customer inquiry management platform designed for clinics, coaching academies, salons, restaurants, real estate firms, and local enterprises across India.

By accessing our website, creating an account, running our complimentary Google visibility audit, or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Services Provided

GrowLokal delivers marketing and inquiry management automation services tailored to your subscribed plan tier (see Section 5):

• Google Maps 3-Pack Local SEO Suite: Local keyword tracker, AI-optimized Google Search FAQs, service/product catalog generator, and Place ID ranking synchronization.
• Review Booster & QR Stand: Direct Google review shortlink and high-resolution, print-ready designer A5 counter stand for billing desks and reception counters.
• 24/7 WhatsApp AI Auto-Responder: Instant automated conversational responses to prospective customer queries in natural English and romanized vernacular dialects (Tenglish, Hinglish, Tanglish, Kanglish, Manglish).
• Customer Inquiries CRM: Centralized multi-channel lead capture (WhatsApp, Google Maps, web) with stage pipeline tracking, lead quality scoring, and CSV data export.
• Autonomous AI Studio (Growth Plan): Scheduled post publishing across Instagram and Google Maps with AI visuals in regional vernaculars.
• Indian Festive Campaign Engine (Growth Tier): 25+ regional festive calendar with 1-tap WhatsApp promotional broadcasts to past inquiry databases.
• AI Review Auto-Replies Assistant (Growth Tier): 24/7 keyword-rich response drafting for incoming Google customer reviews.
• Executive Growth Audit (Growth Tier): Official embossed HTML/PDF performance report with verified seals, keyword telemetry, and inquiry metrics.

3. User Account Provisioning & Authentication

Accounts are provisioned automatically upon successful initial subscription checkout or via enterprise onboarding by our desk. Access authentication is conducted securely by verifying an Indian mobile number via a cryptographic one-time password (OTP); we do not use static passwords. You are responsible for safeguarding your registered phone number. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your business name, address, and service catalog.

4. Acceptable Use & Messaging Compliance

GrowLokal strictly adheres to WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, TRAI regulations, and Meta Platform Policies. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam to contacts who have not initiated an inquiry or provided consent.
• Publish false, defamatory, deceptive, or illegal content regarding treatments, certifications, or business pricing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt the GrowLokal AI Engine or API infrastructure.

5. Commercial Subscription Plans & Pricing

GrowLokal offers two subscription plans. All prices include 18% GST:

• Google Care (₹999 / 30 days): One Google Business Profile, 8 Google posts and AI promotional visuals per month, 50 AI review replies per month, and owner-approved profile maintenance.
• Growth Autopilot (₹2,999 / 30 days, ₹7,999 / 90 days, or ₹29,990 / 365 days): Includes Google Maps 3-Pack Local SEO, keyword tracking, GBP FAQs, service catalog, print-ready A5 QR review stand, 24/7 WhatsApp AI auto-responder, inquiries CRM, Instagram and Google Maps publishing, AI visuals, romanized vernacular copy, 25+ Indian festival engine with WhatsApp broadcasts, AI review auto-replies, executive growth audit, and 1,200 free WhatsApp marketing messages per calendar month (unused messages do not carry forward). The 90-day and 365-day cycles add a ₹500 or ₹1,500 WhatsApp wallet credit, credited with the first payment.

Additional WhatsApp marketing messages beyond the included 1,200 are available at ₹1.05 per delivered message. Our complimentary Google Business Profile visibility audit tool is a free diagnostic utility and does not constitute a subscription tier. All fees are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay) via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Net Banking, and are inclusive of applicable 18% GST. GST-compliant tax invoices are issued for every payment.

6. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation & Lapse

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly, quarterly or annual billing period using your saved payment method unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. We dispatch an advance reminder via WhatsApp and/or email approximately 7 days before your renewal date.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time without lock-in penalties from Subscription & Billing in your dashboard, by contacting our WhatsApp Support desk (+91 99085 44404), or by submitting a written cancellation notice to support@growlokal.com. Upon cancellation, your paid entitlements remain fully active until the end of your prepaid billing period.

7. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

First-time subscribers are protected by our 7-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment, notify our support desk to receive a full refund of that subscription payment. WhatsApp wallet credit (top-ups, credit add-ons and plan bonus credit) is not refundable. For complete details, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy

GrowLokal utilizes enterprise artificial intelligence to draft captions, marketing creatives, review replies, and conversational responses based on your configured business context. You retain the ability to review, edit, or regenerate content within your dashboard. GrowLokal is not liable for errors in business details, pricing, or claims configured by you in the business knowledge questionnaire.

9. Intellectual Property & Commercial Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your business name, trademarks, logos, and customer list. All marketing creatives, copy, and promotional visual assets generated specifically for your business on paid plans are licensed to you for perpetual commercial use. GrowLokal retains all proprietary rights in the underlying software, AI algorithms, and platform architecture.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GrowLokal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform API outages (Google, Meta, Razorpay). Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you to GrowLokal in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
